I love geology too, it's one thing I miss in this area of the country, Suffolk has no real rock to speak of. It's all flint and red crag and glacial deposits (glaciers didn't reach quite this far in the last ice age). We used to have school trips from Liverpool to North Wales, not there's some lovely geology.
